Need to cancel?
All payments are non-refundable under our terms and conditions. However, we understand that plans can change. As a gesture of goodwill, if you need to cancel we will put your place back up for sale. If it sells, we’ll issue you a credit note valid for 12 months.
Please note that this is a goodwill gesture and does not affect your existing terms and conditions, and this policy may be withdrawn at any time.
