Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility: This offer is available to all customers who have completed a trip with Rubicon 3.
2. Discount Offer: A £100 discount is offered for bookings on a subsequent trip made within fourteen days of returning from a previous trip.
3. Booking Window: To qualify for the discount, the customer must book their next trip within fourteen days from the date of return as recorded by Rubicon 3.
4. Discount Application: The discount applies to the base price of the trip only and cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts, except where specifically stated by Rubicon 3.
5. Notification: Customers eligible for the Rapid Rebooker discount will be notified via email upon completion of their trip with the necessary details to take advantage of the offer.
6. Use of Discount: The £100 discount must be applied at the time of booking. Discounts cannot be applied retroactively or transferred to another booking outside of the fourteen-day window.
7. Trip Eligibility: The discount is valid for any trip offered by Rubicon 3 lasting five days or more and subject to availability.
8. Validity: This offer is valid for bookings made directly with Rubicon 3 via phone, email, or through the official Rubicon 3 website.
9. Cancellation Policy: If a trip booked using the Rapid Rebooker discount is cancelled, standard cancellation policies apply. The discount will be forfeited and cannot be applied to future bookings.
10. Limitations: The Rapid Rebooker discount is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other credit.
11. Program Modification or Termination: Rubicon 3 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Rapid Rebooker Scheme at any time. Any bookings made prior to such changes will be honored under the terms in effect at the time of booking.
