Loyalty Scheme

After you travel with Rubicon 3, you become a part of the Rubicon 3 family and are automatically enrolled into the Rubicon 3 Members’ Club. This club is an extension of everything that made your Rubicon 3 trips special, such as care, friendship, and looking out for each other. As a member, you get access to some fantastic benefits, and the more you travel with us, the more entitlements you receive.

Terms and conditions for the loyalty scheme

1. After your second full-price trip which costs over £1500 with Rubicon 3, we offer you a 5% discount on your subsequent trips.
2. After your fourth trip with Rubicon 3, we offer you a 8% off any subsequent trips.
3. After your eighth trip with Rubicon 3, we offer you a 10% off any subsequent trips.
4. The 5% Bronze discount and 8% silver discounts are valid for 24 months from the return date of your most recent Rubicon 3 trip. If a new Rubicon 3 trip is not booked within this time, the discount will expire and will not be available for use. The 5% discount cannot be extended or reinstated once expired.
5. Regardless of the frequency of booking, once you have travelled on seven Rubicon 3 trips, we offer you a 10% Gold discount on all subsequent trips.
6. The discount can only be used by the person who has qualified for the Bronze, Silver or Gold membership and applies to one person only.
7. Any person claiming a loyalty discount will have to tell Rubicon 3 which trips they have travelled on with us previously.
8. The discount only applies to the full price list price and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer except where explicitly stated.
9. The discount is applied to the balance payment, not any deposit made.
10. The loyalty scheme discount will be shown as a line on your invoice.
11. Loyalty discounts will not apply to shore-based courses, online courses or RYA courses.
12. Loyalty discounts cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer except for the Refer a Friend discount and the Rapid Rebooker discount. These offers can be used in conjunction with each other.
13. Rubicon 3 loyalty scheme discounts are offered at the discretion of Rubicon 3 are not a contractual obligation. We reserve the right to terminate or change any aspect of the scheme at any time without notice.
14. Loyalty scheme discounts cannot be applied retrospectively.
15. If booking through an agent, the discount can still be applied.
16. No discount can exceed £200.
