This program is set up to ensure that your efforts are rewarded generously. For every new customer who books a qualifying trip through your referral, you’ll earn a commission, and when you build a team of referrers, you unlock even more earning potential.

How It Works:

  1. Earn Money by Referring Customers:
    • For your first referral of a new customer who books a trip costing £1500 or more, you earn £250. (The referred customer must not be an existing Rubiocon customer.)
    • For subsequent referrals, if a customer you refer books a trip costing £1500 or more, you earn £100.
    • If a customer you refer books a trip costing under £1500, you earn £50.
  2. Customer Discount:
    • Customers you refer get £100 off their trip if it costs £1500 or more.
    • No discount on trips costing under £1500.
  3. Building Your Network:
    • Recruit new referrers to join the scheme.
    • Once you have 5 recruited referrers, and each has successfully referred at least one customer, you get an extra 10% of the referral fees they earn.
  4. Getting Paid:
    • You get your referral fee after the customer pays in full and completes their trip.
    • Payments are made every month.
  5. Company Policies:
    • The company can change or end this scheme at any time, for any reason.
    • Any referrals made before the scheme ends will be honoured.
    • All decisions made by the company are final.

What You Need to Do:

  • Tell Customers to Mention You: Make sure the customers you refer mention your name or unique referrer ID when they book.
  • Recruit More Referrers: Grow your network by getting others to join and earn more through their referrals.

Terms and Conditions

1. Definitions

  1. Referrer: A salesperson who refers new customers to the travel service.
  2. Customer: An individual who books a trip through the travel service.
  3. Referral Fee: The commission paid to the Referrer for referring new customers.
  4. Trip Cost: The total price of a booked trip.
  5. Referrer Network: The group of referrers recruited by a primary referrer.

2. Referral Fees

  1. Referrers will receive £100 for each referred customer who books a trip costing £1500 or more.
  2. Referrers will receive £50 for each referred customer who books a trip costing under £1500.
  3. Referrers will receive £250 for their first referral of a new customer who books a trip costing £1500 or more. This first referral must not be an existing Rubiocon customer.
  4. Referral fees are only paid when the referred customer pays in full and completes the trip.

3. Customer Discount

  1. Referred customers will receive a £100 discount on trips costing £1500 or more.
  2. No discount is provided for trips costing under £1500.

4. Referral Process

  1. Customers must reference the Referrer’s name or unique identification number at the time of booking to qualify for the referral fee and discount.
  2. Referral fees will not be paid if the customer fails to provide the referrer’s name or identification number at the time of booking.

5. Referrer Network and Additional Earnings

  1. Referrers are encouraged to recruit additional referrers.
  2. Once a Referrer recruits 5 additional referrers, they will receive 10% of the referral fees earned by their recruited referrers.
  3. Each member of the Referrer Network must successfully refer at least one customer before the primary referrer starts receiving the extra 10% commission.
  4. This extra 10% commission is only applicable to the direct recruits of the referrer.

6. Payment of Referral Fees

  1. Referral fees are processed and paid out after the customer has paid in full and completed their trip.
  2. Payments will be made on a monthly basis.

7. General Conditions

  1. The company reserves the right to change or terminate this scheme at any time, for any reason, with 30 days’ notice provided to all active referrers.
  2. Any referrals made before the termination of the scheme will be honoured.
  3. Referrers must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in promoting and participating in this scheme.
  4. The company’s decisions regarding any aspect of the scheme are final.
